  • User-Generated Content: Notes and progress data you add to routes are stored locally on your device.

  • Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support and analytics purposes.
  • Location Data: If you grant permission, we access your location to show nearby test centers and calculate distances. Location data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the app's functionality
  • Process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions
  • Show you nearby test centers based on your location (if permitted)

  • Local Storage: Test center data, routes, your progress, and notes are stored locally on your device using encrypted SQLite databases with AES-256 encryption.
  • Cloud Storage: Subscription and purchase data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database) to validate and sync your subscription status across devices.
  • Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure API communication (HTTPS), and regular security updates.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with:

  • Apple/Google: Payment processing and subscription management through their respective app stores.
  • Cloudflare: Infrastructure provider for subscription validation and data storage.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Location Permissions: You can control location access in your device settings at any time.
  • Data Deletion: You can delete your local data by uninstalling the app. For subscription data deletion, contact us at the email below.
  • Subscription Management: Manage your subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for learner drivers aged 17 and older in the UK. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and Europe. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
